Yunji Technology (云迹科技, SEHK: 2670) is a service-robotics company founded in 2014, focused on what it calls "robot service agents" — AI-driven automation systems mounted on robots that deliver end-to-end, human-facing services, deployed across hotels, factories, hospitals, and commercial buildings . Its home turf is hospitality: per a Qiming Venture Partners piece, it had deployed robots in 34,000 hotels worldwide, ran up to 36,000 robots online in a single day in 2024, completing roughly 500 million service runs that year, and holds the No. 1 domestic hotel-customer market share — larger than the second- through fifth-place players combined .
