Noetix Robotics (松延动力) is a Beijing humanoid robotics company founded in September 2023 by Zheyuan Jiang, who dropped out of his PhD to start it , and it has since become one of the most-watched names in China's humanoid race by attacking on price: its N2 robot—capable of consecutive outdoor backflips—launched at RMB 39,900 in early 2025 , followed by the consumer-grade "Bumi" at RMB 9,998, which sold over 100 units in its first hour on JD.com and whose first 500 units sold out in two days . The funding pace has matched the product cadence: per 九合创投 (Unity Ventures), a backer, Noetix raised two consecutive RMB 100M+ rounds (A and A+) by April 2025 , a nearly RMB 300M Pre-B led by F&G Capital in October 2025 plus a further ~RMB 200M within a month , and a Series B approaching RMB 1 billion led by CATL-affiliated CD Capital, announced in March 2026 after its appearance on the CCTV Spring Festival Gala . Along the way it has struck partnerships with JD.com to push consumer adoption and with Codemao to build a humanoid robot programming education lab .
