Tashi Zhihang (它石智航) is a Chinese embodied-intelligence startup founded on February 5, 2025 by Yilun Chen, who serves as CEO, alongside co-founders including Zhenyu Li as chairman and Wenchao Ding as chief scientist . The company positions itself not merely as a robotics firm but as an "industry scenario solutions company" , with a mission to build trustworthy super embodied-intelligence systems centered on physical-world AI and general robotics technology .

In its first 18 months, Tashi Zhihang has moved through a $120 million angel round co-led by BlueRun Ventures and Qiming Venture Partners in March 2025 , a $455 million pre-A round by April 2026 with Linear Capital backing it across three consecutive rounds from seed stage , and a $400 million Series C by September 2026 where Linear doubled down for the seventh straight round . Its technical stack includes the AWE embodied-intelligence model family—by late 2025, AWE2.0 was already improving task success rates in flexible precision manufacturing , and by April 2026, Chen was citing AWE3.0 as the "world's first general embodied large model that can actually work" .
