LandSpace

LandSpace (蓝箭航天) is a Chinese commercial launch company founded in 2015 and one of the country's earliest private rocket makers, focused on medium-to-large liquid oxygen-methane launch vehicles and a full R&D-to-launch industrial chain . Its flagship milestones: in July 2023 its Zhuque-2 Y2 became the world's first methane-fueled rocket to reach orbit , and on December 3, 2025, the first flight of the Zhuque-3 — a 66.1 m, ~560-ton reusable rocket powered by its in-house Tianque engines, designed for at least 20 first-stage reuses and 18+ tons to LEO for satellite-internet constellation deployment — reached orbit while also running a first-stage recovery attempt . That same year it won a second-prize National Science and Technology Progress award for centrifugal pump technology, the first such honor for a Chinese private rocket firm, and per its investor Soul Capital it completed IPO tutoring in December 2025, positioning it for a shot at becoming China's first publicly listed commercial space company . More recently, in mid-2026 it flew an improved Zhuque-2 Y6 just 26 days after the previous mission, signaling growing batch-delivery and high-cadence launch capability .
