Duane Kuang

Duane Kuang (邝子平) is the founding managing partner of Qiming Venture Partners, a Chinese venture capital firm he established and where he has spent 25 years in the industry . As of late 2024, he was preparing to step back gradually under what the firm calls a "ten-year succession plan," with a new leadership core of Hu Xubo, Zhou Zhifeng, and Chen Kan taking shape .
